我哋今次特別邀請咗註冊輔導員Thomas Chan,進行一系列嘅精神健康講座。如果你或者身邊有朋友需要幫助,就可以參加講座 ,Thomas會為參加者提供關於精神健康資訊同簡易嘅應付技巧💛

Starting life in a foreign country - How to look for motivation in life after immigrating?
Were you full of imagination about the future before immigrating, but gradually feel lost after arriving? Having a lot of memories in the old place, but full of worries in the new place? Do you feel like life used to be very competitive, but now it seems to be meaningless? After immigrating, we need to clarify our goals for ourselves and look for motivation in our life.
